“My coaching is solution focused, and I always make sure that clients learn tools to use on their own to ensure they are better prepared to handle situations as they arise.”Dr. Ginamarie Wells is an experienced Master Certified Coach and Hypnotherapist, as well as a Professional Mediator and Trainer. She works with individuals, coaching them towards new heights of personal development and with teams, as a business therapist, consulting and coaching in that channel where the personal and professional mix. As an advocate of tolerance, Ginamarie helps clients find their voice and live a healthy life free of debilitating anxiety as their most authentic selves. She believes that creative thinking can teach us so much about ourselves—about our unconscious perceptions and how those perceptions affect our potential, personal power, and success in life. Her sessions are aimed at guiding individuals to find something positive they can take away from their experience with her—a sense of calm, a moment of laughter, a new thought or understanding—anything that might resonate tomorrow or even weeks later to change the way they perceive the world around them. Her interactive guided imagery practice has expanded on years of helping individuals enrich their perspectives in private, one-on-one and group sessions so they can acquire new ways of fulfilling their personal potential, forming successful relationships, and harnessing the learning power of deeply touching life events.Ginamarie is also an experienced Learning & Organizational Development professional with expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and conflict resolution. She has a BA from Eckerd College and an MA and PhD from Binghamton University. She oversees her private practice, Connections: Coaching, Hypnosis, and Mediation, works virtually and continues to take new clients. Please visit her at www.drgpwells.com.
