Elizabeth's first experiences with Interactive Guided Imagery were navigating her own divorce and cancer treatment. IGI provided her with the inner resources she needed to remain strong during these periods and come out stronger on the other side. Inspired by what IGI could do, she pursued certification to help others. Based on her personal experience, Elizabeth feels Interactive Guided Imagery’s most powerful benefit is providing support to those receiving treatment within the western medical system to ensure healing occurs on all levels: emotion, mental, spiritual as well as physical. While she works with clients across a wide spectrum of concerns, her focus is on supporting people as they navigate significant life events: major injuries and illnesses, grief, divorce, job changes, and retirement. Elizabeth is also a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and finds the Interactive Guided Imagery and Healing Touch complement each other perfectly. With several members of her family who are LGBTQ, she is a passionate ally and supports those struggling with everyday challenges as well as issues specific to the LGBTQ community. Elizabeth practices from her home as well as remotely with clients across the U.S.
